Male beneficiaries aged 71 and above will receive free medical treatment up to Rs 5 lakh annually.

Hospitalization expenses: Free treatment, medicines, and consultation for 3 days before and 15 days after hospitalization.
Medical services: Includes free medical examination, clinical/lab investigations, accommodation, food, and medical supplies.
How to Register for Ayushman Card
Eligible senior citizens can register through the following process:
Option 1: Hospital Registration
Visit the official website: https://pmjay.gov.in
Call the helpline or visit the nearest empaneled hospital under PM-JAY.
Hospital staff will assist with the Aadhaar-based e-KYC process.
Option 2: Online Self-Registration
Go to https://beneficiary.nha.gov.in after April 11.
Complete your e-KYC using Aadhaar and your registered mobile number.
Click on “Am I Eligible” to verify your status.
If your status shows “Not-Generated”, click on “Action (e-KYC)” next to your name.
Upload a recent photograph and enter details like:
Mobile number
Religion
Date of birth
PIN code, district, and village
After submission, your application will be processed and approved.
You’ll be notified once the Ayushman Card is ready.
Download your card via the website or Ayushman Bharat app, or visit a Common Service Centre (CSC) or listed hospital.
